The dishes are ideal for preparing foods without citric, acetic or lactic acid.
The cast iron tableware is not suitable for food storage.
After preparation, the dishes should be cleaned with salt and a steel sponge but without detergent, dried and coated with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
The cast iron dishes must not be cleaned in the dishwasher.
If used incorrectly, the dishes can rust without a coating. The corrosion can be easily cleaned with the steel sponge. 

After repeating the procedure in point 2, the dishes will return to their original shape.

Corrosion on cast iron dishes is not a defect, but the result of incorrect operation!
